Del Norte Center Remediation Work, Building Repair, and LRC Re-roof Project

Out for RFP. There was a mandatory job site walk July 31st, 2024. The RFP asks for bids to be broken down by building to cover: Del Norte Main Building (DM), Del Norte Pelican Bay Building (DC), Del Norte Nursing Building (DN), and Del Norte Faculty Offices (DE). The RFP is Due August 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM P.S.T.

July 20, 2024 Update - The roofing project has been completed. The replacement of the skylights will take place soon.

Red Sky Roofing started the roofing project in Del Norte this week. They have completed most of the work over the Light Center. Roofing work is weather dependent but when I talked to them today, they said that the project should be 100% complete by June 7 ^th!
