Dr.  Rodriguez has been with Coastline College for 26 years. He served as classified employee, a director, dean, Vice President of Student Services (2 years) and Vice President of Instruction (9 years), and he is in his 3rd year as President of the College. He has served on multiple ACCJC peer review teams and has also served as Coastline's Accreditation Liaison Officer.

Dr. Kim E. Armstrong was appointed to serve as the third president of Clovis Community College on January 3, 2023.  Under her leadership, she is leading the college in implementing the new educational master plan and strategic plan, expanding the Career Technical Education program, and new facilities project. Previously, Dr. Armstrong served as the Vice Chancellor for Student, Equity, and Community Affairs at Arkansas State University Three Rivers.

Greetings! I am Cheryl Bailey, and I serve as the library chair and Online Education co-chair at Irvine Valley College in South Orange County. This past year I have also helped to establish an AI Taskforce and a Guided Pathways completion team for the student support centers at IVC. I focus a lot of my work with DEIA in mind, to make online education robust and accessible and the library welcoming and safe for all.

I have been teaching at the college level for over 30 years. I was an adjunct professor in the Schools of Business and Information Science at Philadelphia University and Drexel University. Currently, I am a professor in the Computer Information Science Department at Folsom Lake College, where I have taught full-time for the past ten years. I have served as department chair and on many academic committees, including the Academic Senate and the Accreditation Steering Committee. I have just completed my doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of California, Davis. My research interest is in facilitating change in Community Colleges. I live with my wife and three daughters in Granite Bay, California. 

Dr. Michelle Trautt

Dr. Michelle Vogel Trautt is a full-time Psychology instructor at Mt. San Jacinto College. She currently serves as the co-chair of the Psychology department and as the Academic Senate Executive President. Dr. Vogel Trautt earned her BA & MA in Psychological Science at CSU San Marcos, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from SDSU. Dr. Vogel Trautt frequently presents on an array of topics including, active learning strategies, high-impact practices for multiple modalities, flipped classrooms, OER course redesign, culturally responsive teaching, equitizing course syllabi, assignments, and assessments, equitable program review, assessment, and planning, and much more. She also serves as an advisor for Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and she is responsible for student leadership development programs. Dr. Vogel Trautt sits on numerous participatory governance groups, has attended multiple equitable hiring recruitment process trainings and contributed to EEO plan revisions. As an accreditation team lead and steering committee member, Dr. Vogel Trautt has experience with outlining and writing the ISER, compiling evidence, finalizing Accreditation documents, and participating in site visit interviews. She serves on the ASCCC Accreditation Committee and has facilitated sessions for the Accreditation Institute and collaboratively written rostrum articles and resolutions. As a social scientist Dr. Vogel Trautt is trained to ask questions, critique and vet processes and procedures, and propose ideas and structural redesign recommendations for intentional and lasting change that serves and supports all students in realizing their fullest potential. 

Dr. Kristi Woods

Dr. Kristi Woods is Dean of Instruction for the Division of Languages, Humanities and Social Sciences at Riverside City College.  She is also a tenured Professor of History and Ethnic Studies. Kristi views her work as service leadership through a lens of equity-mindedness and a practice of cultural proficiency. At RCC Kristi has led the Student Equity Committee and several student equity initiatives including developing college Student Equity Plans and long service as the Umoja faculty coordinator.  She is a co-chair of the Region 9 Student Equity Leaders Network.   

As dean, Dr. Woods sits on two Strategic Planning Councils:  the Teaching and Learning Leadership Council and Educational Program Oversight Committee.   She also serves on the following committees:  Accreditation Steering Committee, Enrollment Management Committee, Grants Advisory Council, Guided Pathways Committee, Student Success Committee, and the Student Equity Committee.   

Dr. Woods has twenty years' experience in faculty leadership including serving as the chair of the Department of History, Humanities, Philosophy, and Ethnic Studies at Riverside City College.  She has served on several District committees including the Academic Standards Committee, the District Diversity and EEO Committee, and the Professional Growth and Sabbatical Leave Committee.  She has been active in the Academic Senate and served as Secretary of the California Teachers Association, RCCD chapter.   

Dr. Jon Knolle

Dr. Jon Knolle currently serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Monterey Peninsula College where he provides leadership for operations and activities within Academic Affairs, including supporting programs and faculty in areas including curriculum, instruction, scheduling, enrollment management. Previously, Dr. Knolle served as Dean of Instruction responsible for leadership of MPC's online education program, Library services, dual enrollment, adult education, and Career Education Division.

Dr. Leah Alarcon serves as the Acting Vice President of Student Development and Title IX Coordinator at Oxnard College (a Hispanic Serving Institution). Her responsibilities include oversight of all functions of Student Services that include the Student Equity and Achievement Program, Admissions & Records, Student Health Center, Financial Aid, DSPS, EOPS/CARE/Next Up, Counseling, Veterans, CalWORKs, the College Welcome Center and 1st STEP Center, University Transfer Center, Career Center, several Title V HSI grants, TRIO programs, Basic Needs, Dream Resource Center, and Associate Students. Dr. Alarcon is one of the chairs of the Guided Pathways taskforce and works with Oxnard College classified professionals, faculty and students in implementing this framework. Dr. Alarcon serves as co-chair of the Student Equity and Success Committee and Professional Development Committee in addition to supporting the College and District in various committees and planning.

Zahra Mojtahedi is the Senior Planning and Research Analyst in the Office of Planning, Research, Innovation and Effectiveness (PRIE) at Skyline College. Some of her primary areas of focus include leading data report design and data integrity improvement projects, developing and coordinating college-wide surveys, and presenting on student outcomes data across the College. She also serves as co-chair of Skyline College's Accreditation Oversight Group (AOG).
