Become a Loan Signing Specialists! This class covers various documents involved in the loan package, the role of the loan officer and Title and Escrow. The instructor will present how to manage the actual appointment with the client.  Many documents in the loan package are required to be notarized. Being a Notary is not required to take the class, but it is recommended that you take the Notary class in order to start working as a Loan Document Signing Specialist.
