Fee: $1,495
The fee covers the cost for all three certificates necessary to apply for state licensure; Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Principles. Also included are the textbooks, all course materials, instructors, and upon successful completion of each section, a Certificate of Completion. There will be no other course fees.
Payment Plan Option: $500 down (plus $20 service fee) due at registration and then monthly payments of about $332. for three (3) months. All payment plans require a $20 enrollment fee and must be processed using a debit/credit card.

Students registered for the live lecture program who wish to drop must request a refund FOUR business days prior to the start of the first class or NO refund can be issued.
Attendance Policy
For live courses, students must attend a minimum of 90% of the approved course hours to be eligible to receive DRE pre-license course credit
Live Course Identification Statement
Participants shall present one of the following forms of identification below immediately before admittance to a live presentation of an offering:
A. A current California driver’s license.
B. A current identification card described in Section 13000 of the California Vehicle Code
C. Any identification of the participant issued by a governmental agency or a recognized real estate related trade organization within the immediately preceding five years which bears a photograph, signature and identification number of the participant.
