I am pleased to be of service to our local community. I grew up on the North Coast and have lived in the Eel River Valley for 11 years. I have a strong connection to the local community and enjoy spending my time working for kids and various groups throughout our community to better the place we live.
I am married (14 years) and have two boys who attend school in Fortuna. My wife, Janelle, is also a financial advisor with Edward Jones. We enjoy spending our free time outside being active, although most of our time is spent going from one community activity or youth sporting event to the next.
I have a master's degree in business administration from Florida State University (2014). Prior to that, I earned a bachelor's degree from Humboldt State University in social science secondary education (2006). I started my professional career in retail management and held various jobs before truly finding what I loved, working directly with clients to help them achieve their goals.
I spend lots of my time helping various organizations throughout the community. I am currently a member of the Fortuna Sunrise Rotary. For the past 14 years I have been a member for the Nor-Cal Football Officials Association. I am also the current president of Eel River Little League.
