2021-2022 Application Forms
Prior to completing the Application Packet, please review the 2021-2022 Community Guidelines and the Student Code of Conduct to make sure living on campus is right for you! If you are enrolled in the Police Academy, please be sure to complete the correct forms by scrolling down to the "Police Academy Residence Life Application Packet" You must complete all of the forms below, in addition to paying a $500 Application Fee to secure your spot. Returning the Forms
You can send completed forms back to the Housing Office the following ways:

- In the Housing Office. We are open M-F, 9:00am-5:00pm during Fall and Spring semesters. If the office is closed when you arrive, you can drop off your completed forms in the mail drop box located on the lower west side of Mendocino Hall.

Forms to Complete and Return
All residents are required to complete forms 1-6. Forms 1-5 are fillable PDFs. Form 6 will need to be printed, hand signed, and returned to the Housing Office.

- * Hand Sign Page- Signature Page and Guarantor Agreement (This form will need to printed, hand signed and returned to Housing Office. If you cannot print this form, please let us know and we will mail you the form. We will also need a copy of the guarantor's ID with this form. You can take a picture of the ID and email it to housing@redwoods.edu.)
- Minor Addendum (Only needs to be completed by residents and their parent/ guardian if the incoming resident is under 18 years old when completing the Housing Application.)

All Police Cadets looking to live in the Residence Halls are required to complete forms 1-6. Forms 1-5 are fillable PDFs. Form 6 will need to be printed, hand signed, and returned to the Housing Office.
