The Café features a grill menu offering made to order sandwiches, burgers, rice bowls, and various snacks. There is a hot buffet table serving daily specials Monday-Thursday. A Grab and Go section is available to meet the needs of busy students. The Grab and Go is full of ready to eat food including house made sandwiches, fresh squeezed juice, fruit, and more. Pizza by the slice can be found next to the salad bar.
The Food Lab is CR's new food trailer located behind the LRC and next to the automotive yard at the AT building. The Food Lab offers a menu focusing on fresh flavors with a global perspective. Marinated meats are roasted on vertical rotisseries and are served with various fresh salsas, condiments, and veggies. The menu also features vegan, vegetarian, and other healthy options.
Dining Services offers catering for on campus events including staff meetings, student club events, and much more. Use the order form below to submit catering requests. If you are looking for something that is not covered on our menu, we are happy to customize a meal for your event.
The Café is proud to serve seasonal produce from the College of the Redwoods own Shively Sustainable Farm. Dining Services partners with the Shively Farm to offer Farm to Table sit down dinners and special take-out meals.
